He founded the Environment and Food Foundation (E2F) with a mission to reduce marine, coastal, and freshwater degradation through education, advocacy, and research. A passionate change maker, he’s received several international awards for his work. Elvis is also an expert member of various international networks and coalitions, working tirelessly to build a future where humans coexist harmoniously with nature.
Rachelle is an engineer in Fisheries and Aquatic Ecosystem Management. As the Secretary General of the Environment and Food Foundation (E2F) and leader of the blue women initiative, she plays a pivotal role in waste management and community engagement efforts. With expertise in aquatic ecosystems and waste management, Rachelle focuses on empowering women, children, and vulnerable populations. She actively seeks innovative solutions to combat plastic waste pollution and promote sustainable practices.
Stephen is a Senior Managing Director with a solid fisheries and aquatic ecosystems management background. He leverages his expertise to protect wetlands, foster eco-tourism, and manage fisheries resources. With valuable experience from internships at various environmental agencies, Stephen is committed to biodiversity conservation and sustainable resource management. Additionally, his training as an agricultural entrepreneur further enhances the Environment and Food Foundation (E2F) ‘s ability to achieve its mission.
Felicen is a Forestry and Wildlife Engineer with over 9 years of experience in wildlife conservation. He specializes in protected area management and devises strategies to combat illegal poaching. With his dedication to forest classification and animal behavior research, Felicien brings invaluable insights to the team. He has worked with esteemed organizations like the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and currently serves as a Data Support Officer at the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) in Cameroon.
Dongmo is a Fisheries Technician with exceptional skills in data collection and solid waste management. Her expertise extends to fisheries stock management and environmental impact assessment. A dedicated team player, Divine contributes to various aspects of the Environment and Food Foundation (E2F)’s conservation work. Additionally, her proficiency in sorting plastic waste and setting up mangrove plant nurseries makes her a valuable asset in the fight against pollution.
Manyor is a fervent advocate for climate change mitigation, environmental preservation, and sustainable development. As the Senior Programs Manager, she spearheads initiatives like cleanups, tree planting, and ecosystem restoration. Her commitment to empowering local communities and driving positive change has a profound impact on the Environment and Food Foundation (E2F)’s projects. Valerie is also an active member of several international networks, including the Global Ghost Gear Initiative (GGGI) and the Early Career Ocean Professionals (ECOP) Africa regional node.
Tambe’s dedication to climate change education and Nature-Based Solutions fuels her role as the Mangroves Project Coordinator. She leads the initiative to promote mangrove planting and research their impact on coastal communities. Tambe’s work involves advocating for minority groups and researching the effects of climate change on coastal ecosystems. Her voluntary services with esteemed organizations like the Cameroon Wildlife Conservation Society (CWCS) demonstrate her commitment to positive environmental change.
